With your new resourceful mindset established, our coaches will create a training programme that is designed to perfectly align with your motivation levels during this early stage, while the new health habits are forged.
This is a crucial stage as it represents a period of friction as the old behaviours are challenged and the new pattern is still forming. During this time, our coaches will check-in with you 3 times a week to help keep you on track and to support you when you need it.
